By downloading, installing, or using the HabitCam mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HabitCam is a habit-tracking application that allows users to build and maintain habits using video journaling, voice recording, and AI-powered analysis. The App includes features such as:

• Video journaling for daily habit check-ins
• Voice-based goal setting and commitment recording
• AI-powered insights and habit analysis
• Streak tracking, progress visualization, and calendar views

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including videos, voice recordings, and journal entries. By using the App, you grant TorApp a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Your content is stored locally on your device by default.

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Videos and recordings are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly opt in to cloud backup features. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. AI Features

The App may use artificial intelligence to transcribe recordings, generate insights, and provide personalized recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of TorApp and is protected by intellectual property laws. "HabitCam" and associated logos are trademarks of TorApp. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TorApp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of data, habits, streaks, or recorded content.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
